Skincare!

Hi guys :)

As promised from some while ago, here's a post about my skincare routine! :)

Clarisonic Mia 2
Ultrabland - £6.75 for 45g from Lush

If I have makeup on I first like to take most of it off with Bioderma Micellaire water, especially for my eye makeup because I can't use the clarisonic on my eyes and waterproof mascara can be a pain to remove even with Ultra Bland. Then I clean my face with my Clarisonic and Ultrabland cleansing balm. I love ultra bland, I actually think it's a nice dupe for the Emma Hardie Morninga Cleansing Balm, but at a fraction of the cost! Though I say this without having tried the EH balm because it's so expensive :( But ultrabland takes off the residual makeup still left on my face really well so that's good enough for me! And you only have to use a little bit for your whole face! Another plus in my books!

If I don't have makeup on though (yes I brave a naked face on most days!) I just use a normal cream or gel cleanser to clean my face with the Clarisonic :)

Burt's Bees Sensitive Eye Cream - £12.74
Re-Gen Cream
Total Pureness Soothing Toning Solution - £27

Onto facial hydration! I start by toning my face with Total Pureness Soothing Toning Solution, now you can get this in a shop called eCosway (if you like to know more, comment below :)) and retails at £27, but if you are a VIP member, you can actually get it for £13.50 so it's pretty good! Then I like to apply my Burt's Bees eye cream, which I'm loving at the moment. It's not too liquidy nor too oily so I actually feel like it's got enough moisture in to keep my delicate eye area happy :) I finally apply Re-Gen cream to the rest of my face. Sorry, but I forgot how much this actually was, but I know it's dead cheap, around £5-£6 I think and you can get it from Home Bargains. It says its formulated for stretch marks, scars, dry skin and blemishes, so I've been using it on my face because it's really hydrating and in this horrible cold winter my skin can get a bit on the dry side. This is quite a heavy cream, so I tend actually not to use it prior to putting makeup on because it makes my makeup slip a bit! I tend to use a much lighter cream if that was the case!

Anyway that's my skincare routine :) I hope you've enjoyed it!

  1. Hi, how do you use you Clarisonic with Ultrabland? Do you put Ultrabland on, and then you use your Clarisonic?
